2. Quotes are not charges
Submitting a quote request or contact form does not take payment. Because those forms are not connected to a billing system, there is currently nothing to refund from website form use.
3. Agreed work
Where the company agrees paid work, cancellation, variation and any refund arrangement should be set out in the quote, invoice or written engagement for that assignment. Those documents take precedence over this general page until a standard published commercial policy is adopted.
4. Product access
Nexavibe Now is a product / digital solution operated by the company. Specific product billing or cancellation terms will be published when a production product offering and URL are available.
